Had a great experience with the ladies at this store. Ashley helped me initially, and she was great. She had to put up with me changing my mind on which iPhone I wanted a million times. Finished up with Cara (on another day because of changing my mind so much -completely my fault) and she was fantastic. Got everything transferred over to my new phone smoothly, and I even learned new things in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing these ladies here in Crandon. Had the best experience I have EVER had at a Verizon store, and believe me, I've been to plenty. Thank you girls for being so patient with me!

Beware...These clowns sold me a new phone that (right out of the box) wouldn't work. When I bought it they assured me it would work (take it home - give it some time). I took it back the next day and they charged me $35.00 restock fee.....SHAME ON VERIZON - Crandon
They take their time and go over everything with you. Care about there customer service. Always polite when I have been in the Crandon Store
